In early 2023 we were being outbid on every property we offered on. By the time our other realtors would respond to our requests to view a listing, the listing would be sold.

As soon as we met Jose, he went to work finding us homes that were off-market or soon to be on the market. We were lucky enough to fall in love with one of his own listings. Working with Jose and his team was an absolute pleasure! They were very professional and in tune with my needs in home buying. Jose knew the market very well and was also very responsive with working with an out of country client, he even adjusted his hours to accommodate me multiple times for house viewings. His protégé Cody was also helpful in moments that Jose was unable to meet. He’s the next up and coming real estate agent I’m the area so watch out! Even when there were obstacles out of Jose’s control (sellers market etc) he helped me tackle them. Super happy overall with our process and the professionalism.
